Jane Russell’s Original Irish Handmade Sausages were launched on the Dublin retail market in August 2004 to great acclaim.  These high-meat, low-fat ‘proper’ sausages are being snapped-up weekly by and ever-increasing band of loyal customers.  Before tackling the challenge of getting her sausages stocked in Dublin’s top outlets Jane started selling at Farmers markets and found that her customers came from every walk of live: older people who are reminded of how sausages used to taste; mothers, anxious to give their children good quality sausages and sausage cognoscenti thrilled to find such a product in Ireland.  Overall, in these days of mass-produced meat products, people believe that these are sausages they can trust.
